What do I wear?
Wear loose, comfortable clothing in which you can easily move. Children often wear sweatpants or leotards and bare feet. Adults and teens often wear t-shirts or tops with leggings, yoga pants, shorts, or sweatpants and bare feet or socks.
What do I bring?
For adult yoga classes, we ask that you bring your own yoga sticky mat. Mats are for sale at Moving Spirit. You may borrow a sticky mat for your first yoga class. We provide all of the other equipment that you will need.
When can I start?
Classes are ongoing and we accept new enrollment at any time.
Moving Spirit Snow Policy
In the event of inclement weather, we will announce any class cancellations on our message machine one-hour prior to class. Please call the Studio at (603) 886-7308.
Schedule
The studio has special hours during holidays. The holiday schedule will be posted in advance.

Pricing
Pricing for Children, Teen, and Parent/Toddler Classes
- Children's classes run from September thru June.
- There is a $20.00 non-refundable registration fee for each child.
- The monthly tuition payment is based on the number of classes per school year divided into 9 monthly payments.
- Payments are due on the first of each month.
- Missed classes may be made up at a similar class within the month. Payment for missed classes is non-transferable.
- New students are accepted through March when space is available.
- Classes may be purchased at the drop-in rate for those unable to attend regularly. The registration fee still applies.
- A 10% discount is given to families that attend 3 or more classes/week.

Special Events and Instruction Pricing
Fees for private yoga instruction, Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy, and massage depend on the instructor/therapist and length of session. Please contact Moving Spirit for further information.
