Breathe, Move, Create Your 2012
Date: March 24, 2012
Time: 1- 4 p.m.
Instructors: Rosemary Clough and Jean Rogers
We had our very successful meeting on Saturday, January 14, and have decided that
we will continue this workshop throughout 2012. We are opening this workshop to
anyone who was unable to attend the first meeting. We plan to have our second meeting
on March 24th and will meet every other month after that. After March, registration
will be closed for this particular workshop. Anyone who might be interested should
call the studio to learn more about our exciting program. This is a great opportunity
for you to create a very rich and rewarding 2012.
Most of us are intense planners. We plan what's for dinner, schedule out the family
calendar, set tasks for weight loss, create budget sheets, home projects, and career
goals. Why is it that a year can pass, or two or three, and still we feel stuck.
Planning is good, but not when it closes us off from the very spirit that moves
in us and moves us out into the world.
In this workshop we will combine yoga, movement and writing techniques to reveal
places in our bodies and our spirits where goals have been arrested.

Exploring and Balancing Your Energy Body
Your body is alive with energy! It is what the Chinese call qi (chi), the Hindu

it. Come dressed comfortably, bring a journal, and an extra layer if you wish.
